The concert started in the afternoon and went well into the night. This year Casco Antiguo Spanish School went with several of our students to the closing concert in the City of Knowledge, just 15 minutes away from Casco Viejo. The 2013 Panama Jazz Festival Line Up included Herbie Hancock, Susana Baca, Bill Frisell, Wayne Shorter Quartet, Danilo Perez, and salsa great (and Casco Viejo resident) Ruben Blades. It an amazing way to spend a Saturday, listening to great music, eating delicious local food, and drinking cold Panamanian Beer!
